Points to Note
- You have the choice to start the simulation process during your first appointment or make a separate appointment for simulation.
- You'll want to wear clothing that is easy to take off and put on again, because you may need to change into a hospital gown or robe for treatment.
- The radiation beam is only on for two to three minutes. Most of the treatment time is devoted to getting you prepared for treatment and positioned accurately under the treatment machine.
