Membership Rates for Associates and their Immediate Family Members:
Children must be at least 14 years old or older, must be the associate’s dependant and a full-time student. A physician's referral is required for all children under 16 years old and a parent or legal guardian must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times.
A membership card will be issued to new members following a safety orientation to the Fitness Center. This card will allow associates and family members 24-7 access to our facility.
Light Aerobics – 45 minutes
This class is designed for beginners to intermediate exercises. This class incorporates a full body workout at a low impact and incorporates the chair for modification of exercises. Aerobic movements paired with strength and toning will have you in a sweat by the end of the class.
Zumba – 60 minutes
The Latin dance craze that seems more like a dance party than a work out! Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness –cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. This class is designed for all levels of fitness
Strength – 45 minutes
This class is designed for intermediate to advanced exercises but anyone is encouraged to join at your own level and work your way up. This 45-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls to leave your body feeling stronger and more toned.
Yoga – 60 minutes
Rejuvenate your spirit and tone your body with yoga practice. This class is designed for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced yoga practitioners. This class focuses on toning, strengthening, and balance to give you a full body workout while in a relaxing setting to help melt away daily stressors.
Cycle Express – 30 minutes
All fitness levels are invited to join this high intensity aerobic workout. Work on endurance, stamina, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness all packed into a 30 minute lunch time session! Be ready to sweat and come prepared with a water bottle to rehydrate.
Lunch and Burn – 25 minutes
A quick total body workout! This class is designed for those of us who are always on the go. Squeeze an entire body workout into your lunch schedule. While incorporating all body weight exercises in a circuit style routine this class is sure to make you sweat and get the most “burn for your buck”.
